In the summer of 2006, a UNC-Chapel Hill physician, Dr. Sung-Eun Yoo, began providing free medical care and counseling to Triangle area Korean immigrants who lacked basic medical care with the aim of sharing God's love. Dr. Yoo and the medical mission team of First Korean Baptist Church also began providing biannual health screening events from the fall of 2008 in collaboration with Rex-UNC Health Care cardiovascular team....
